What you'll be doing
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will turn financial and operational performance into actionable business insights, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen financial performance and support key decisions. You will lead in-depth analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting, helping identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive sustainable business results.
Develop Financial Models & Scenarios: Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess business opportunities and operational initiatives, providing a clear view of potential financial outcomes, risks, and implications to support sound decision-making.
Identify Risks & Opportunities: Analyze financial and operational performance to identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvement initiatives, supporting actions that enhance business performance and financial outcomes.
Develop Financial Reports & Dashboards: Develop impactful financial dashboards, presentations, and analytical outputs using PowerPoint and Power BI, transforming complex financial data into clear and concise information that supports effective business understanding and decision-making.
Analyze Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance through KPI tracking, profitability analysis, and management reporting, translating financial results into clear insights that highlight performance trends, business drivers, and areas requiring attention.
Track Budget & Forecast: Track actual performance against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year, conducting detailed variance analysis to identify key financial drivers, emerging risks, and performance gaps that enable timely corrective actions.
Support Business Decisions: Partner with business units to understand operational performance, challenge financial and business assumptions, and provide fact-based insights and recommendations that support informed strategic and operational decisions.
Accelerate Action Plan Delivery: Follow up with business units on agreed recommendations and action plans, maintaining visibility on progress and addressing implementation gaps to ensure timely execution and achievement of financial objectives.
Ensure Reporting Accuracy & Compliance: Support month-end and year-end closing activities by validating financial data and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, while maintaining adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
Provide Management Support: Provide timely ad hoc financial analysis and decision support for strategic and operational initiatives, delivering relevant insights that help management evaluate priorities, address business needs, and make informed decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic budgeting.
Advanced capabilities in dynamic financial modeling, scenario planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strong technical proficiency in building executive-level financial presentations and visual dashboards using PowerPoint and Power BI.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate performance drivers, uncover cost efficiencies, and mitigate financial risks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven track record of presenting complex financial insights to cross-functional leaders.
High level of data accuracy, organizational discipline, and commitment to financial compliance standards.
