Ready To Take The Lead & Leave Your Mark!
What you'll be doing
As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, market expansion, and strategic portfolio optimization. You will oversee new product launches, build actionable market intelligence, and lead cross-functional alignment across both derma and non-derma therapeutic areas (including gynecology, orthopedics, surgery, and nutrition).
Lead the daily coordination, tracking, and execution of new product launch plans to ensure on-time milestone delivery, full readiness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional alignment across project timelines, deliverables, and operational follow-ups.
Drive portfolio optimization by continuously monitoring SKU performance and product lifecycles—identifying low-performing or non-strategic SKUs and proposing line extensions or rationalization options.
Build and maintain deep market intelligence to uncover gaps, analyze competitor trends, evaluate initial financial projections, and translate insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
Provide strategic inputs to Macro's roadmap and long-term pipeline, focusing on expanding market entries across key non-derma therapeutic areas (gynecology, orthopedics, surgery, nutrition).
Conduct research on potential local and international partners for licensing or co-development opportunities, preparing background briefs and evaluating qualified opportunities.
Represent Macro at key industry exhibitions and regional conferences; set meeting agendas, capture valuable leads and market insights, and submit post-event executive reports.
