What you'll be doing

As a Territory Manager for Delta East (Sharkia – Dakahlia – Damietta – Port Said), you will take a leading role in driving business performance across your assigned territory. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives, ensure effective execution of commercial strategies, and ensure sustainable sales growth while maintaining high standards of compliance and field excellence.

• Set, monitor, and evaluate sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals for Medical Representatives within the assigned territory.

• Provide ongoing coaching and supervision through single and joint field visits to ensure high-quality call execution and field performance.

• Execute territory plans aligned with GBU and Brand Manager strategies, budgets, and business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals while ensuring effective customer engagement.

• Monitor product availability, market trends, and competitor activities across the assigned territory.

• Consolidate market insights and CRM reports and provide timely business updates to the Area Sales Manager.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.

• 4 – 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical sales.

• Previous team leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong sales leadership and team coaching skills

• Strategic thinking and territory management capabilities

• Strong analytical and performance-tracking skills

• Advanced product, medical, and competitor knowledge

• Strong KOL and stakeholder management skills

• CRM reporting and business communication proficiency
